Pros

Great starting pay, great benefits, great teammates, you can excel fast if you apply yourself.

Cons

Like most “call centers” ( what they hate to be called but have definitely become) After basic training you rely heavily on teammates for any assistance. You’ll be thrown to the lions. Leadership hides and you have to practically beg for assistance with an escalation. IF you’re lucky to get a good manager they will help you grow. May the odds be in your favor.
