They want robots that don't go to the bathroom or get sick. When I started we had video and audio calls and then they started hiring OPI interpreters for less pay, so we lost the audio calls but they didn't raise our salary and it was exhausting to take video calls for 8 hours straight. Raises are conditioned to perfect metrics (this year it was a 2% raise only and just 4 out of more than 100 interpreters got it)

The training is a bit long, otherwise, I do not have any cons thus far.
