In their zeal to continue evolving the business, increasing share price, and innovating technology, AMN seems now to focus too much on "change." What originally drew great people to AMN was the idea they were a small company that cherished their core values of trust and respect. Leaders were servant leaders, caring more about developing people than making a name for themselves. Employees respected this. AMN now seems to seek leaders heavy on flamboyance and flash, but light on character and class.

This place is a dictatorship & they act like they care about their employees but they definitely don't. The pay is terrible & they do certain things for certain people - it is never across the board. Leadership has favorites and has no problem making that clear. Find yourself a company who actually cares about you because it isn't AMN.
