Pros

The department, and division I work in is very well managed. Everyone I work with, teammates as well, as care about the well-being and productivity of the others and lean in to assist whenever needed. Working remote also allows for the environment to feel less stressful, while also allowing for a work environment that allows me to still get my work done.

Cons

Working different time zones to meet the demands of other team members and clients presents some challenges when you first start the job, especially if you're not used to different working hours.
