      Good non taxable pay but it’s a trade off.

      Pros

      Assistance with licensing, set up interviews for potential contracts, base pay is pretty low but travel stipends really boost the take home pay and is non taxable as a travel therapist.

      Cons

      Poor communication and advocacy between employee and company contract is with. Large company that says they care but their actions do not always reflect. Probably a better option if you are not a CF.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings and conference calls during your work hours. But proper planning around those times works out great
