Nice People, but Disorganized Operation

People are extremely nice and encouraging. Very welcoming group!!

Cons

Disorganized in multiple aspects in multiple departments. Unrealistic expectations for bandwidth. Examples: - Providing incorrect/conflicting documentation several times on different topics. Including Employee Health Benefits information (that had financial implications), Employee compensation plans, contracts and amendments, payroll activities (that had financial implications), etc - Seems like most individuals are extremely strapped for time and bandwidth. Working late nights and weekends are not uncommon to keep up with current workload

Money and OT- good health insurance

Cons

Literally everything else. From DVPs breaking HR rules, like telling co workers to wear more makeup and do their hair, to disclosing information about team members. They’ll tell you to take a shot of expresso at 4pm and keep working- and then tell you to work on the weekends. You can over preform all you want but the second you miss a metric, watch your back. They will PIP you quick. You will be told you have flexibility in your schedule to take a mid day break so you can work late, only for it to be packed with one of the 100 meetings going over your numbers. This place is ridiculous and leaving this company was the best choice in my career. Can be an over performer and be appreciated and paid what i’m worth without having micromanaging leaders. Metrics on calls, emails, texts, interviews, placements
