Pros

Helpful recruiters. Credentialing team communicates well. The AMN Passport app is very efficient. Time entry and payroll is the easiest I have ever experienced as far as travel agencies go. They contract with major healthcare networks/hospitals. Benefits are good.

Cons

Pay is moderate compared to other agencies. Not top dollar, but still good. It takes a while to accrue certain benefits such as 401K contributions, and PTO. Some times there are multiple people involved in credentialing/onboarding and it is confusing to know who is the point of contact.
