Company bonuses and gifts; lots of support/diversity groups; flexible hours; relatively autonomous work-style; quality lower level supervisors and smaller team cohesiveness.

Cons

No accountability for colleague’s poor performance/additionally you will have to carry the burden or it negatively affects your portfolio, unwilling to promote/raise pay, lacking healthcare options outside of major cities, lack of integrity and professionalism with upper leadership.

Pros

Never had a contract get cancelled after 4 years with AMN, whereas other travelers I worked with got cut. Unsure if related to our agencies, but I never had any major issues finding or keeping a contract.

Cons

Pay wasn't the highest at times, but definitely not the lowest compared to other travelers working on my unit.
