People are overworked and exhausted. It’s difficult to get anything done with numerous steps. Too many checks, not enough balance. Even with several monetary benefits and incentives, a number of people continue to walk out the door. Not the same company it use to be and it’s disappointing.

Diversity amongst leadership nonexistent. They pay compared to the actual job duties is terrible. There is always talk of work/life balance but that's to the companies discretion not yours. They are always asking for feedback but are unwilling to listen when it's not in line with their goals or vision. From a financial standpoint I don't see how they're profitable at all. There is constant turnover so any information retained by the previous employee is lost when they leave. And no one understands key concepts like follow up & customer service. Bigger is not always better. Opportunity for growth and development in the company are slim to none unless you know the right people. Promotions have nothing to do with your work ethic and more with how popular you are in the company.
