Pros

Great Building, good amenities, recently updated PTO plan. 401K, VTO, on-site gym and cafe. Your peers become your best friends,

Cons

Leadership promotes their favorite employees, and will often targets those they don't like. It's difficult to develop your career when leadership doesn't like you. There are always changes, and communication isn't clear on when those changes go into effect. High workload, and little to no leadership support when you don't have bandwidth. You'll find the most success here if you agree to do more work when you're already stretched too thin. It's a popular occurrence when employees get pushed or bullied out of the company, if a leader doesn't like you. Cross departments continue to struggle to get along. If you "speak up", HR supports leadership and management decision versus hearing out team members.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with the organization. While I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your peers and benefits, I am disappointed to hear about your perspective on leadership. Pros

Visted the CA location. Culture there seem be positive, empowering. CA culture need to be implement to the other location.

Cons

Management need to invest in sorcing tools that actually work. Stop been cheap. Recruiters are not magicians. They reduce the commission rate from 6.5 percent to 4.2. Riduclus. We are sales people. We are motivated by money. After u get 4.2 then 33 percent comes out for taxes. There is no motivation to to produce. You are going to loose top producers. There will be an exoduce of good workers. They only promote their friends. Fire all the good recuriters if you are of a certain race.

Pros

Great place to gain experience, most people in my department stay a year or two then are able to move on to a growth opportunity with another company. Company overall treats employees well, decent benefits (nothing special). Work/life balance is good.

Cons

No opportunity for telecommuting Low pay No opportunity for advancement for those who don't "fit the mold," which results in no thought diversity in leadership. Leaders are great bean counters but lack vision.
