openly racist company. Management is there only for a check. This company will hire anyone that has the look they are going for. My coworker has a felony and no really work experience but he makes more than me because he is the right skin color.

Old, out dated technology. The job is mindless and there is little to no support. The processes are not efficient and they are not open to listening to employees on how to change them. For a company this size, the benefits for employees are terrible. It shows how very little they care about the people that work for them. Health insurance is absolutely terrible and the coverage is minimal. The high level leadership should be looking at ways to make employees happy and treat them better. Production is jammed down your throat and everyone is only a number. Nurses, employees, it doesn't matter. Onto the next. If you do not hit your goal, they make you feel less than human. This organization has a long way to go when it comes to treatment of employees.
