      Pros

      The benefits were always really good. I had no complaints regarding insurance and the addition of Surgery Plus was a huge asset

      Cons

      The company just isn't the same for what it used to be. It was really great pre-covid and now it's a totally different company. A lot of good senior people left and it left the environment very cold.

      Great work environment but only offers part time. No overtime or benefits

      Pros

      Great people, systems in place make interpreter life smooth and flexible. However my schedule is a fixed one, switching it partially or a full day with a colleague is allowed and promptly approved thanks to their efficient systems. They offer a $3 per hour increase in pay once interpreters become certified by the National Board of Certified Medical Interpreters (NBCMI)

      Cons

      Company stopped hiring full-time interpreters to avoid costs with benefits. No overtime allowed at all. No full-time offered, thus no benefits besides 401k. No career growth at all. No pay increase.
