      Pros

      You will get a job and quickly! Most of the time, people from the company respond promptly. Money can be good if you're traveling a lot.

      Cons

      You are very clearly a number to them. Contracts are constantly having to be changed due to errors. I have been paid the wrong amount countless times. Everyone is nice, but I often get "I don't know, try calling XYZ."
