      Good option for short term part time gig

      Honestly pretty fun challenging job. You get to make a real impact on people's lives and build interpersonal communication skills.

      Cons

      Low pay Rigid work hours and rules Micromanagement Not a good long term option Work can be stressful and sometimes patients/providers are not the most appreciative people Did I mention low pay

      Good pay and benefits. Frequent updates by senior management on state of business.

      Cons

      Frequent voluntary and involuntary turnover. Business is struggling coming out of the pandemic. There are "fossils" at this company that will never leave and are basically protected by legacy management.
