Minimal room for advancement and low pay

Super aggressive management style from the late 80's/ early 90's, you might not get your commission for months, low base salary, obnoxiously annoying culture, unrealistic budget expectations, 10 years behind the times with technology and sourcing strategies, everyone is angry-all the time, unethical business practices with recruitment-they have multiple clients that will not allow black candidates or any other ethnicity other than white to be submitted and/or hired, and this is more common than not. Also, you have to do your own AR so you'll get experience in collecting the money you've already earned.
