      Pros

      I enjoy the people that I work with personally.

      Cons

      - working together on a team is kind of toxic - tons of emphasis on quantity of calls versus quality - they are not receptive to new ways to operate - they expect you to use PTO for every little thing - salary is not that great - commision structure is not industry standard - you have to get OT approved ahead of time
