      Pros

      Once you find your place in the company it is a great place to be! Find team members that will support you and you will grow in your career.

      Cons

      Because the company has such a young workforce, drinking is a large part of the environment for team bonding outside of work. If you are not a big drinking you probably will not be invited to happy hours with your team. Be careful of some Management people. If they have been there for a long time they will be protected no matter what they do and if you say something against them you will be the bad guy.

      Pros

      No pros .... There is zero appreciation for hard work and individual contributions.... bonus structure is not competitive, company is highly political, performance does not matter.... how much u suck up does. Egomaniacal leadership. Stepford staff culture. I did work with some great people.

      Cons

      Everything..... change from top down Culture of fear will eventually fold. Not too big to fail. Recognize loyal committed employees and reward them. HR is anything but that. Eliminate senior mgmt.

      Pros

      Decent culture flexible hours. They try to create a nice environment with group activities. Threw a pretty good Christmas party. A lot of amenities on campus..

      Cons

      Management had no idea what they where doing.. Was told up to last minute contract would be renewed laid off at last minute once placements where maid..
