      Pros

      Absolutely love the people I work with at AMN. Some of the smartest and most talented, passionate people. Growing company in a great industry - healthcare. Health benefits in line with the industry. New benefits like increased 401K matching and VTO (volunteer time off) benefits. Would definitely recommend working here. Amazing leaders who care about me and my career growth.

      Cons

      Space constraints at the San Diego office can be a challenge. But, its a price to pay (willingly) for a successful, growing company that is adding jobs instead of laying people off.

      Pros

      Great place for young people! Very team focused and good training and can't be the office location. I am very fortunate to have been part of the AMN Team!

      Cons

      Too many millennials and not enough managers that can actually lead. It isn't consistent due to the rate of growth.

      Little support unless politically involved with managers. Click-ish environment.
