If you put in the work and you make the commitment, AMN will take good care of you. It's a company that not only talks about its values, but also lives them and upholds them. The culture is one that celebrates diversity of all kinds; rewards hard work; and makes it fun to be a part of. There are opportunities galore from career pathing, to mentorship, to leading, to community involvement/volunteering; to personal and professional growth - there's something for everyone and there is a place for everyone. The organization believes firmly in retaining quality talent, so moving cross-divisionally is promoted and encouraged.

Cons

The base pay is lower than market average but if you're in a sales role, there is plenty of opportunity to determine your own income.
