      Pros

      I love working for AMN. The culture, the level of expertise, development opportunities, the community outreach! But most of all - we are making a difference in the healthcare industry in a positive way!

      Cons

      I think we are always striving to increase our customer, client and employee experience to make it as healthy as possible. As long as we continue to do this, then I see no cons in working here.

      - great management team, looking out for the success of the company and the success of their teams - great culture on the recruitment floor, everyone works hard and helps each other - lots of jobs to offer nurses, there are always new jobs posting too! makes the jobs very good. - mgmt is becoming more flexible, allowing team members to work from home 1x per week
