I have been working with this company for a few years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time! Initially this "job" was a way for me to move back to the area, but it became so much more than that. My talents in leadership have been recognized and I have been able to promote and grow within the company. This place is a home for your career. The leadership team truly values everyone on their team and works to help them "grow" in whatever arena that may be. Communication is valued and I can honestly say that if there is something that needs to change, it should be brought up to the leadership team. It's easy to write a post and hide behind anonymity, but we can't fix anything if we don't know what the root of the problem is. I truly enjoy working at this company.
