      Good atmosphere and good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Low pay. Recruiters are treated as less than Account Reps but very similar position.

      Pros

      Absolutely enjoyed working with the senior leaders on a strategy and market research project. They're smart, open-minded, and get-it-done folks. i felt valued as a team member.

      Cons

      There isn't much structure when you on-board, so a training to get things rolling would be helpful. Moreover, since I was a consultant, i didn't receive much instruction on how to navigate the building, access printers, etc. I had hoped these resources would be more available to contractors.
