Rigid work hours (In my experience, sales teams are about meeting production goals. If production goals are not met in a sales environment, then a corrective plan is put into place. If metrics are still not achieved, then the sales person is dismissed. However, if sales reps are consistently meeting metrics/goals, they should be given some flexibility on the specific hours they work.
