Pros

Nice office, very friendly and approachable people, job security, good benefits, decent pay but barely enough to live comfortably in SD. But that's like many jobs in SD.

Cons

the people are overworked and underpaid, and this company has no sense of "fun". The company culture is uptight and political. Upper-level leaders (directors and higher) lack the communication skills necessary to support the people below them, and there is NO coaching or development for leaders once you reach Mgmt level. There is also a culture of separatism between sales and operations - there is no collaborative spirit, and this comes from the top down.

Technology is growing and the company is catching on and working on developing most applications.

Cons

Very little room for growth. Management is the highest priority for development. General employees are not privy to leadership growth classes, development classes or improvement workshops.
