      good place to work, benefits offered

      Cons

      can't always get time off like regular staff although this time has been different where the supervisor asked me what days I might need off. I suspect it depends on where you are working at the time.

      Pros

      Depending on what department you work in it can be a stable company and have great growth opportunities. You can move from a different department if you want something different. Depending on where transfer the pay can be more which is always a plus

      Cons

      There is a high turn around rate depending on what department you are in. Its very well organized but seems like there are always changes being made constantly with little communication until after the change has implemented
