      Pros

      Business is booming - great industry to be a part of right now. Perks at Corp Headquarters include an onsite gym and fantastic cafeteria. Coworkers are all amazing - great group of people who really care and are always willing to help you out!

      Cons

      Lots of changes in systems - hard for right now, but will ultimately be better for the entire company going forward.

      Pros

      AMN Healthcare is a great, growing company with a lot of opportunity for advancement. Our executives are actively engaged in innovation and continuous improvement efforts. Communication is excellent within my team and from top down management. I know my goals and I know how my job affects the bottom line performance of the organization. The cafeteria, onsite Starbucks, dry cleaning delivery and gym/ locker room are just icing on the cake.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is a lack of workspace due to our quick growth in the San Diego office. They just leased the building across the street which should help space issues immensely.
