      Pros

      Very flexible company in terms of finding assignments in your preferred work area. Recruiters are very helpful and willing to assist.

      Cons

      Getting in touch with a representative on the phone line can be very challenging to say the least due to long wait times.

      Fast paced Interesting problems to tackle Decent base salary if you're experienced Growing company Reasonable amount of PTO Good culture Good people Willing to clean out dead wood

      Cons

      Work life balance can get out of whack at times Multiple business units that are run independently, makes it difficult when trying to deal with enterprise level issues Medical is a bit expensive 401k match isn't industry standard, it's improving every year though (match is currently .35 upto 6% of salary instead of .5/6%) No stock options A bit too much politics, but not the worse

      Some problem with payroll errors that has now been great since going to E Timecards. Bye Bye key in errors!
