Great place to get a good start in staffing industry
Pros
I started in operations and then moved to sales and was shocked at how much more focus and preferential treatment is given to the sales teams rather then operations. At first that bothered me but came to accept that because the sales team actually brings in the money, this is why CEO and other executives give so much attention and perks to sales teams. Lots of fun company evens year round. Several company wide survey's are executed each year and executives do take this feedback and turn it into changes across the company based on employee requests and desire to see processes change. 401k matching is the best I've ever seen here.
Cons
Salaries do not match cost of living in area or region. In my opinion they are closer to middle and lower range of what someone should be getting paid for work provided. Healthcare benefits are expensive overall if covering spouse or dependents which is disappointing for a healthcare staffing company that we could not negotiate better rates on behalf of employees. Cost of living near company HQ is extremely expensive so most employees have quite a commute to home. Sales teams get preferential treatment over other departments in company from executives for things like happy hours, Christmas party with CEO, bonuses, incentives, etc.
