Pros
Great people to work with. When there are a high number of contracts (jobs to place) the love is spread well and everyone is happy.
Cons
Corporate seems to care more about hiring tons of recruiters versus adding recruiters when the volume of jobs to fill is high. This makes it extra challenging to earn the amount of money commensurate with the tons of hours recruiters must work to succeed. Not flexible on working hours ... Promotions are more dependent on outside variables versus the merit system.
