stay away from any positions in Customer Support. Since the new director came in, the turn over rate is very high, close to 50% in one year. The management is very petty and reactive to issues instead of proactive, which causes a lot of nurses pay to be messed up, it's a wonder anyone wants to travel with AMN due to Customer Support. The supervisors are petty and have drove away tenured people, either from the company or to other departments. If you work in this department, expect the director to barely acknowledge your existence, expect you to work overtime 6 days a week and then not appreciate you at the end of the day. The pay is low, they say it is comparable to other company's, do your research, it isn't. The current management is stressing out the team and running the department into the ground.
