      Cons

      PTO time would be a great thing to have especially when you have been with the company for years. This is your only job and when you sometimes take time off you would love to have some time to cover some of it.

      Pros

      AMN owns many different brands, so there is much opportunity to move from brand to brand to gain exposure to many different businesses, as well as to move upwards. They have an AWESOME 401K matching program and PTO plan. Brand level management and senior management/leadership are really devoted to making you successful.

      Cons

      When you travel, you have to pay out of pocket for hotel rooms, meals, etc. and then are reimbursed by the company. Sometimes the reimbursements take up to 3 weeks.
