Cons
Lack of initial training. Recruiting Specialist position is strictly a sourcing position. Super micromanaged. Awful management. Only concerned with meeting metrics (which are unrealistic). No autonomy- complete reliance on colleagues (aka Recruiters) for your own success. High stress work environment.
