      Pros

      training is extensive, name brand recognition in the market place, small company feel with a team first atmosphere, travel and expenses paid by company

      Cons

      technology and methodology antiquated, clients have been burned by failed searches, rigidity in process and a good number of the recruiters are lazy and work "good searches"...too many layers of management, no company cc for travel

      Pros

      Club Staffing makes every aspect of being a traveler easy. They make the process of going to each assignment as painless as possible. My recruiter is always there to help or answer any question I may have.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of as a con would be keeping track of which office is in which time zone. Sometimes it takes awhile to reach certain reps if you are calling from the East coast.
