      nice office space/location, great food and prices

      Cons

      no training no feedback for reviews breaks are required yet everyone works at their desk during lunch and was sometimes instructed to, "just clock out and continue to work on your breaktime" no communication between manager and employee unrealistic and unattainable expectations, only achievable by a computer system, not a human being zero tolerance for any errors

      Inhumanly strict policies, no flexibility, no extra benefits, average pay, time micromanaging (even seconds), stressful calls, extremely limited growing opportunities

      Home Office with a fair wage for Mexico

      Cons

      Unethical HR practices, "quiet firing". Will just de-activate your access to stratusvideo without even talking to you, not even a phone call to let you know you no longer have a job, unless you´re the one trying to reach them, they're willing to let you out on the cold.
