Pros
Strong work ethic and determination will open doors for you at AMN. Creative ideas and executing projects will get you as much recognition as your leader can give. Because of the company's size, growth and change are very likely. Leadership does it's best to create a "great place to work" from the top down
Cons
Pay is less than desirable, benefits and recognition aren't monetary. Lots of leadership change over the last 6 months (not voluntary) makes team members second guess executives. Many mid-level managers are less than qualified, but are willing to take the job for the low pay.
