See, I left a "not so good" review some months ago. It wasn't necessarily bad, just not good. Months have passed and know I can say, with my heart, how grateful I am of working here. Pay is good or fairly high considering my area. Able of paying my university! Work from home No micro management on my pc anymore Very sweet, comprehensive and helpful sups, team leads, tech supports, all in real time! My supervisor, Pamela C, is amazing, so respectful, engaged, organized and empathetic I went thru a very difficult time, my mother committed. And I feel like, no other place would have been as patient as AMN has been with my performance and mental health, allowing me to take breaks, being compassionate with my metrics, thank you I sent a software suggestion and in about two days I was already in a meeting with my supervisor, explaining my idea, bc they really cared about my approach, I thought that was very sweet.
