      I love the team that I assist! We are always striving to improve the service that we provide. It is exciting to be part of a team that truly cares about the well-being of their colleagues and the incredible team that we support. My colleagues are truly the best! Everyone that I have encountered in my role, has treated me with respect, grace, and encouragement. I am really thankful to work for a place that values their employees as real people with feelings, and I truly feel supported working here.

      Cons

      I miss living close to my colleagues. It is fun to get together and sometimes, I just miss the in-person connection.

      Fairly decent pay for a remote job, fairly flexible, has benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      Barely any time in between the calls, very easy to burn out. Management is not supportive. Hard to meet requirements for a 4% annual raise. Typical corporate culture that only cares about their profit
