Great benefits but low pay and micro-managing

Pros

Benefits include over 100 days of PTO,. Great team of people. Flexibility in choosing schedules (you can change it every 6months).

Cons

Low pay. Salary increase have so many conditions it feels impossible. Management wants to know every little thing and makes it too complicated a process to do simple things like go on break. A lot less independence and flexibility when it comes to unexpected time.off, breaks, etc that you'd expect from a remote position. Too many daily online courses. I have yet to see or have a Non-white or non+Hispanic manager regardless of the language.

Decent Pay, 100% Remote, ERGs are impactful and uplifting, love that there are several wellness programs during the workday(mindfulness classes, yoga classes, fitness classes, etc). The wellness programs are what made me recognize my value and prompted me to quit working here in order to find better for myself. If it weren't for those mindfulness meetings, I wouldn't have been inspired to take my power back and be my own advocate.

Cons

Communication is majorly lacking on all levels. Training is abysmal, complete waste of time. The employees are incredibly unprofessional and lack integrity.
