      The pay and work place are good

      Cons

      The recruiter is terrible at communicating and never returns my calls or emails. She does not advocate for me as my past recruiters with other companies did. My contract was terminated early and nowhere in my contract did that say that is was a possibility.

      Pros

      Great place for young people! Very team focused and good training and can't be the office location. I am very fortunate to have been part of the AMN Team!

      Cons

      Too many millennials and not enough managers that can actually lead. It isn't consistent due to the rate of growth.
