      Pros

      Work culture is great and the facilities are pretty nice.

      Cons

      -If you work hard, you will get run into the ground. -The yearly merit increase is a joke (increase of CENTS a year). -Positions pay less than the competitor -Upper level and C suite management is oblivious to issues that affect 90%+ of the company including work flow, infrastructure, and imbalance of personnel between departments.

      Not a good time to work for AMN

      Largest healthcare staffing company with offices across the country.

      Cons

      Doesn't staff correctly to support the needs of the clients or healthcare professionals Infrastructure is outdated. Work around processes cause significant man hours and increase in overhead expenses

      Negotiate your contract!!

      Pros

      Working 3 months and take off whatever time you want between contracts.

      Cons

      Negotiate your housing stipend. I've gotten over $1000 more than what they offered. EVERYTHING is negotiable. Also negotiate them to fly you home between extensions if you extend your contract.
