Good Back Office Bad Front Office

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Frequent bonuses given and gifts for perks. Back office teams are well organized and have great leaders.

Cons

Front office leadership is the worst. No one is held accountable for low sales and call volumes.

Great company but not great wages or environment

Pros

Lots of bonuses are given!

Cons

The work environment was exhausting at times. If you’re not meeting goals they will ask you to work after normal work hours to try and catch people at home. They also went hybrid and that was super hard.

The company has a fair pay scale for employees

Cons

The legal team is a smoke screen. You have directors that are on a ego trip, that don’t have experience in the field they oversee. If you speak up and question anything other than the make up fairytale everything is perfect story they try to sell you will be let go. They always talk about Speak Up you cant speak up if you do higher ups will start ignoring you for no reason. Or better yet you will be place on Performance improvement plan out of nowhere. It starts from the top
