Pros

You are paid no matter you get a call or not.

Cons

The compensation may be good as a part time job, but not something that you can live with it.

Not A Recruiting Place to Work At

Pros

The Associates made the place a little better. Overtime Slightly, emphasis on slightly, higher base salary

Cons

-Micromanaged heavily (lied about that during the interview) -capped commission structure -shared commissions with training recruiter/"mentor" for a whole year -Clinicians are just sales/numbers or stats, not actual people -must contact clinician minimum five times for "better results" -No texting platform, only in Salesforce to monitor -no mass emailing -emphasis on phone calls -if you don't meet your weekly goals/KPIs, you get in trouble because of the micromanagment, can't help that clinicians don't want to work or answer calls/texts/emails(because we have to contact a min five times, textbook harrassment) they will put you on a PIP, push you out/tell you to resign. -Recruiting Specialist (RS) roles hold weekly competitions for "more money incentives" but rarely is achieved. Competition in place to drive more calls, hence, more work with no addition beneift. - RS's KPIs are based on calls and conversion rates, they are strictly sales, nothing else. -if you live within 50 miles of the office you must go in a minimum of two to three days a week -must badge in so managment can see you came to the office -top producers only make $150K -hourly pay clock in and out -this place is not worth the stress of such heavy micromangment, I don't recommend and would never recommend AMN to anyone. I left after a short period,
