      Pros

      My team and people I work with.

      Cons

      I got hired back in December, position was mainly remote and only having to go to office twice a month. Three weeks into being with the company, we were told we would have to come into the office twice a week. I wish I had known that prior to accepting the position. Now I have to drive an hour and forty minutes to work twice a week.

      Team is great but in-office mandate brings mood down

      Pros

      - The team camaraderie is exceptional. - PTO accrual is reasonable. - I genuinely find fulfillment in my role. - While AMN conducts an annual employee satisfaction survey, there's room for improvement in addressing employee feedback, particularly regarding remote work preferences.

      Cons

      - The health benefits are subpar. - Balancing heavy workloads makes it challenging to utilize PTO effectively. - Compensation falls significantly below industry standards, leading to the departure of valuable leaders. - Lack of transparent promotion criteria. - The return-to-office mandate, coupled with rigid attendance requirements, seems out of touch with the predominantly remote nature of our team, potentially hindering collaboration and productivity.

      Treat it Like a Job!

      Cons

      Poor leadership structure Favoritism No upward mobility 4 layoffs of about 600 empl in RPO division ( take your time off use your leave had over a months leave that wasn't paid out when laid off)
