      Inexperienced management. Lack industry understanding. Promote inexperienced people to key roles. Culture is driven by fear and micromanagement. Horrible place to work since new CEO took over. Mass exedus at exec level is telling

      Working here will help you appreciate other, better employers.

      Cons

      The management is two-faced, with a very well established in-group. Entrepreneurial actions are frowned upon. There’s no opportunity for advancement, and they will not pay as promised. Leadership micromanages to the level of their incompetence, which is severe.
