Pros

A culture accepting of all people. The corp. just went public and gave every employee stock options. The size provides opportunity for advancement and options to transfer to other locations. Good equipment and pay. Excellent training department. A great place to gain experience.

Cons

Some would prefer to run only 911 calls, but AMR runs hospital to hospital calls as well as 911.

We also recognize that call volume can be high and appreciate you sharing that perspective as we continue to look for ways to better support our teams day to day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. While we’re glad you found some flexibility in shift scheduling, this does not fully reflect the experience we aim to provide. We understand your concerns around the number of hours needed and will share your feedback with the team in the spirit of continuous improvement.
