Lots of OT, double time +1/2 hours pay plus $250 incentive for paramedic OT Decent sense of camaraderie

Cons

It’s private EMS. Can be difficult to get PTO approved unless it’s requested 60 days in advance

Pros

Most people are kind and enjoy working with them. Management is kind as well. Hours are good and the job is easy.

Cons

Management could be more responsive to concerns and more organized but they are slowly working toward improvement. The trucks and equipment needs to take a higher priority in this region to be replaced and improved.
