Pros

Used to have a variety of schedules but no longer. Original AMR management was respectful, but no longer.

Cons

Poor medical benefits. Also,Yellow field management was left intact after their company went out of business. Said management is not professional and yells/speaks to you like a drill sergeant, cuss words and all. All schedules were nixxed and the yellow schedule model of rotating 12 hr shifts put back into effect. 80% of shifts start at 11am to 11pm. They refused to work with employees that have families and whose kids are not in school due to covid-19. often pointing them out and ultimately terminating them. They refused to let employees stay home when members of their family had covid-19. If the US government is paying a premium for covid transports to a FEMA response company, said company is not paying any additional to their employees.
