Pros

Some experience, EMT on the field.

Cons

this company doesn't care about their employees, micromanaging to the max. no worth it, the pay is horrible and goodluck if you get a break during your 12 hr shift.

Pros

No one will hold your hand which forces you to figure out how much you like the career field. Fast paced with lots of calls, so good clinical experience too.

Cons

If new to the field, go to a volunteer agency first to get a more thorough training under your belt. You get 40 hours of training then you’re pushed from the nest.
