The pay is good, virtually unlimited overtime.

Cons

Management is absolutely atrocious. Benefits are complete trash. You’ll be held at minimum an hour every shift. Ambulances are falling apart, a/c doesn’t work in the summer and heat doesn’t work in the winter. Staffing is nowhere near capable of covering the call volume.
