      Pros

      Predictable scheduling with plenty of overtime. Sufficient PTO. Great partners. Office staff goes about everything and beyond to assist if any issues arise.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Stations could use some updating. Newer vehicles (in the works, but slow progression). Easy documentation process.

      For the most part there were great people to work with (at least non-management).

      Cons

      They keep people who shouldn't have a job and force out the people who actually work but are so unhappy they leave.

      Pros

      The best reasons to work at American Medical Response is the support you get from employees at all levels of the organization, work with management to handle issues and learning more about working with the union,

      Cons

      Company has grown large and many of the employees do not know what the company values. The paramedics, EMTs and nurses work hard under a lot of pressure regarding the care and transport of patients. The work life balance is affected due to the schedules.
